Trueline Locksmith & Key travels to the job. The technician meets you at the address you give, at the time agreed.

Identification

On any lockout, the technician asks for evidence that the property or vehicle is yours before opening anything.

Estimates

Nothing is started until the estimate has been given and you've agreed to go ahead.

Guarantee

The components installed and the work behind them are both covered. A failure means a return visit, not an argument.

Doors and hardware already damaged

Existing damage, worn hardware or a door already out of alignment is noted before work starts, and the technician will tell you if a repair can't be made good.

Governing law

These terms are read under the law of the state the work is carried out in.
